  • Express Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-5 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivered the next business day for orders placed before 8 PM (local time).
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

3. Shipping Costs
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over 500rs.
  • Express and Overnight Shipping: Costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight of the package.
4. International Shipping
  • Availability: We ship internationally to select countries. Please check our International Shipping Policy for a list of countries we currently ship to.
  • Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties that may apply. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are determined by the destination country.

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Undeliverable Packages
  • Returns to Sender: Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable will be processed as a return and refunded to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs incurred.
  • Re-shipping: If you would like your order to be re-shipped to a corrected address, please contact our Customer Service team. Additional shipping fees may apply.
